I have been using Plan swift and MS Excel for detailed cost estimation and bidding, for all type of contractors and builder. I can provide my services in material take off, bidding preparation, pricing(RS Mean), and bill of quantities. I have worked in all 50 CSI trades, some of them include building estimates for Concrete, Masonry, Openings, Finishes, Electrical and others.
