Amad brings nearly a decade of diverse expertise in international and national programs, managing multi-million-dollar projects for UN Agencies, the Government of Pakistan, and various foundations. With roles in senior management and technical capacities, including Program Management and Organizational Development, he specializes in Mine Risk Education post-conflict where he adeptly streamlined project control processes, demonstrating proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement. He also served as the focal person for Safer Access Framework (SAF) at PRCS, which enabled his staff to smoothly conduct their activities in conflict zones like ex-FATA. He represented his organization nationally and internationally. One of his noteworthy achievements include co-authoring the IFRC Flood Recovery Assessment report for the 2022 Pakistan floods. He is a certified in National Disaster Response Team (NDRT) member of PRCS. Amad holds a master's in economics and is a Project Management Professional (PMP). Currently pursuing a Climate Changes Diploma, his commitment to professional growth and impactful contributions are evident.
