We are seeking a detail-oriented Transcriptionist to convert audio and video recordings into accurate, well-formatted text. The ideal candidate has excellent listening skills, a strong command of grammar and punctuation, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Listen to audio and video recordings and accurately transcribe them into written format.
Proofread and edit transcripts for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Identify and label speakers in multi-speaker recordings.
Follow specific formatting and style guidelines as required by clients or company standards.
Research unclear terms, names, or technical jargon to ensure accuracy.
Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.
Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent listening and comprehension skills to capture speech accurately.
Strong typing speed (ideally 60+ words per minute) with a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation to ensure high-quality transcriptions.
Provide Audio file in mp3 forwat If there is video file then it should be mp4 voice in audio and video should be clear
I will Transcribe audio-video from English to Russian and vice versa
I will add professional synced subtitles or captions to your video
