Job Description:
We are seeking detail-oriented and highly accurate transcriptionists to convert audio and video recordings into written text. The ideal candidate must have excellent listening skills, a strong command of grammar and punctuation, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Listen to and transcribe audio and video files with high accuracy
Edit and proofread transcripts for errors and inconsistencies
Research unfamiliar terms to ensure accurate transcriptions
Format transcripts according to client or company guidelines
Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality
Handle different accents, background noise, and multiple speakers
Requirements:
Proficiency in English (or other required language)
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 60 WPM preferred)
Strong grammar, punctuation, and editing skills
Familiarity with transcription software (e. g. , Express Scribe)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in medical, legal, or general transcription is a plus
Provide audio file in mp3 format.
If there is a video file it should be in mp4.
Voice in audio and video file should be cleared
