I create a report for you in Power BI
I work for an international company and create dashboards for different departments. I understand how the corporate world works and what information you may be asked for, I will offer my own data options.

Already at the stage of downloading data from systems, for example, WorkDay, we will analyze which fields you need for the report. For example, if you are HR and you need a monthly report (terminations/hiring), then the only thing I need is a list of employees. You do not need to count how many are terminated or hired, PowerBI will do it itself.
