The test bench is designed to test heating elements by measuring the following parameters:
- voltage applied to the element,
- element current,
- element power,
- element heating temperature
These parameters are sent from the stand Serial port to the PC.
The application is built on the basis of Windows Form and reads data from ComPort and fixes them in memory.
Net FrameWork version: 4.7.2.
The number of simultaneously tested products: up to 10.
The test results for each product are recorded in a report with an indication of the excess of the specified limits for each parameter and are displayed on the screen in the form of temporary line diagrams.
Test duration and limit values are set by the operator.
If necessary, it is possible to change the functionality at the request of the Buyer.
Within 6 months, software maintenance and minor improvements are carried out that do not require significant changes in the application's functionality.
