I can provide almost any 3d cad format you ask. But generally used/asked format from manufacturers are step/stp, iges/igs, sldprt, prt, stl, obj, dwg, dxf etc. Or just tell me if you need any specific format.

How many revisions are provided per order?

I try my best to provide as much revisions as are necessary until the buyer is satisfied. But provided that you don't change the design (than agreed upon), it will not be considered as revision. New or change in design will be treated as a an extra and the project price will be revised accordingly.
