I am civil and structural engineer.I have been working last 15 years. i will do AUTOCAD dwg to your hand sketch then prepare for structural analysis, design and detailing.And do 3D Floor plan with view rendering , For residential,commercial and industrial(Reinforce concrete,Steel structure, masonary/brick and timber(wooden)structural load calculation & analysis(report) will prepare by your load criteria/according to building CODE. I will also
do takeoff of materials quantity ,estimate and costing.

SERVICES:
2D/3D Floor plan/Architectural plan and view/elevation realistic rendering.
Structural analysis to your load criteria and according to building code such as: ACI, Euro, UBC , IBC , AISC ,ASCE , Australian standard, British codes).
I have good experience with these Software ( ETABS SAP , SAFE,RAVIT, TEKLA , AUTOCAD, ASDIP csi col, PLANSWIFT, MS OFFICE.
I Also providing services as project estimator/construction estimator according to CSI Divisions(for materials quantity takeoff/estimate with costing(pricing).
