My expertise in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Planswift for takeoff, Microsoft Office, PDF, and others, allows me to offer a wide range of services to my clients.
My services include compiling BoQ's and Material take-off/Quantity take-off accurately and transforming them into an excel spreadsheet following CSI DIVISION format or as required. I specialize in creating architectural floorplan drawings, site plans, elevations, sections, and landscaping plans, exterior 3D renders and more.
