I have experience mainly in digital media. Firstly, marketing, then advertising sales. At some point, in 2016, I decided to go travelling. That's when I realized, even more, that I should work remotely. So, for a year I've been travelling and volunteering, mainly in hostels. Later I started working remotely as Customer Support Manager in SMM team. What we do is the same support but through Facebook, Twitter, VKontakte, Instagram and other social networks, as well as blogs and websites where people go to talk. We work in a "provide help fast and creative" mode, as that's what creates that WOW effect.
