Please provide a detailed description of the character, clothes, props, background, etc. You can write the description, or provide reference images. Providing both is the best :) A color palette of your liking may be included in the description, as well.
Please specify the size and resolution for the drawing, as well as the format: raster or vector. And whether you need the layered PSD file (source file). NOTE: Resolution can't be more than 300ppi.
