When will the site be back up?

Site issues are fixed quickly, usually in no more than 15 minutes.

Will my rating drop if an order is automatically canceled while the site is down?

You have 24 hours to start working on an order from the moment it was placed. Automatic cancelation only happens after that period has expired. Don't worry; the site will be up and running in a few minutes, and you'll be able to start working. If an order is automatically canceled while the site is down, please send us a message, and we will resolve the issue.

I had money in my account. Will I lose it?

Your account and funds are safe. Once the issue is resolved, you will find everything as you left it. Errors and malfunctions do not affect your balance or account in any way.

I was creating a kwork when the site stopped working. Will I have to start over?

Your kworks are automatically saved as a draft if you completed at least one section.
