Editing & proofreading task mostly need first reviewing customer work to establish the input in terms of; does the work need minor or entire rewriting, format reviews, or a complete structure change, does your work need new content added or edited out, or what exactly.
Based on your task need, I am able to give a quote without necessarily over-quoting or under-quoting.
Editing & Proofreading does not cover originality since someone else did the original writing AND so, if your work needs some plagiarism review, please indicate that so that the same can be reviewed.
NB: Editing tasks at times need subsequent revisions after the first submission to polish up minor issues could they be there and this is done freely for one month after work submission; BUT instructions must not be changed or new ones added as that may mean extra and new work.
